The meaning of the name Maia, Maya…an animation
Last summer, on a whim, my friends and I took the scissors out, some old magazines, our crazy voices, techy gal sas, and mixed it all in with inspiration from the numerous conversations we have had about the name Maia/Maya/Maja. After careful cutting, moving and shooting, we ended up with this short animation, which we entered in the 60 second film festival that takes place in Montreal each summer.
