90 Days IN LOVE Challenge
Green Dream is a film about…green. So why am I doing an IN LOVE challenge, and what does that mean?
Trying to resolve the conflict with nature I have been brought to look at my own heart.
Could the root of the conflict we have with the natural environment be human’s desire to always control and grasp onto the things we love?
Could we abolish control and live out of love?
And what does that mean?
How can one transform their life to always live from LOVE (what I call Living In Love)?
Wanting to find the answers to these questions I decided to do a 90 days In LOVE Challenge.

Feel free to do this challenge with me, or to comment, e-mail me and ask questions.
For the next 90 Days I will:
1. Put my awareness on my heart and will commit on living from love. I will pay close attention to my decision making trying not to be reactive, fearing something or controlling an outcome.
2. I am cutting out eating sugar for at least the first 30 days, and this is in a way to cut through the sugary side of what we see the heart and love to be. I will try to understand the hidden subtle wisdom in my heart.
3. Meditate in the morning and evening.
4. Study the symbol of the heart and what it meant through the ages
5. Blog about my experience.
6. Film and map the images I see of hearts in everyday life.

Montréal | Green Dream
